Welcome to the Classic And Specialist Car Club of Northern New South Wales

Welcome

The Classic and Specialist Car Club of Northern NSW is based in Armidale and is open to membership from owners of classic and specialist cars within an 80 km radius of the city. The club was formed in 1976 for the purpose of providing clubmanship for members drawn from the whole of northern NSW.

However, with the formation of clubs in the various towns in the region, the club now only caters for enthusiasts from the Armidale district. The club is dedicated to the restoration, preservation and use of rare and unusual veteran and classic vehicles at least 30 years old. If you are interested in becoming a member of the club, you can visit at one of our regular get-togethers as listed on the upcoming events page. We would also like to encourage younger members of the community with more modern cars, 20 years or older, to come along and get involved.

Membership also entitles those with vehicles 30 years of age or older to be on the Historic Vehicle Registration Scheme (HVRS). The club is participating in the new logbook system that is currently being trialled by the NSW Roads and Maritime Services. The club meets on the second Wednesday of the month at the Armidale Bowling Club at 7:30pm. It also provides social activities on a regular basis and by clicking on the events tab above, you can see what the club is up to.

The club welcomes visiting car clubs. So, if you are interested in visiting the area please feel free to contact us for more information. See the contact page for details.
