Sunday 8th April: Werris Creek Rail Museum-by train:
We will take the train from Armidale Railway Station to Werris Creek Station. The train arrives t Werris Creek just after 11-am and this will enable us to have a visit to the museum before we are picked up and taken to Werris Creek Bowling Club for a lunch of your choice. After lunch we will go back to the station for further time at the museum until the train arrives back at Werris creek for the return to Armidale.
I have arranged for Armidale rail to reserve seats in a carriage so we can all travel together. You will need to book and pay yourself just be sure to mention you are with the vintage car club group. If you are entitled to the concessional fare you can only book and pay 2 weeks before the 8th. I would like to have an idea of numbers to let Armidale rail know by the middle of March. If you won’t be at the club meeting to sign on for this trip, would you please let me know you will be attending.
